I would call him.. hmm.. LightnerDash, cuz Lightning is related to weather, and most pegasi are in charge of the weather, so I just cut up the name to have the beginning as Light and added -ner since it would sound natural. And well.. Dash cuz Rainbow Dash's last name should be her father's or mother's. o3o just sayin...

Yes they do. They are Mr. and Mrs. Cake. Her name is Cup Cake, and his name is Carrot Cake. Their kids are named Pumpkin Cake and Pound Cake.
