It’s been a while since our last journal, hasn’t it? Not for lack of art, though, there just hasn’t been much to say. We haven’t seen much interest in contests recently. I guess we missed the summer window and everyone is busy again, but if you have any suggestions or feedback for any activities we can do, don’t be shy. Send us a note! As for the backend (voting and sorting), though, everything is running more smoothly than ever.

Christmas is coming :D but first it's thanks giving and I hope that you will all have a good one.
Also, have you been enjoying the latest series of MLP?
I'd like also to take this opportunity to ask you what things you'd like to see with the group. Any ideas you may have. I hope to create more fun for you all and to help the admins who do such a fantastic job here and who are largely unrecognised for their hard work and dedication.

Recent News Surrounding Drawponies and Response
Hello everypony,
I hope you are all enjoying the new season! Today's episode promises to be truly exciting (not the least for the reason that Rainbow Dash is my favorite pony).
I would like to take this moment to talk about the recent news surrounding theairevolution (https://www.deviantart.com/theairevolution) and allegationsof him having traced some of his art. A year ago or so, there was a debate within some of the groups I run about allowing traced images to be accepted or not. The questions were mostly surrounding vectors, which tend to have a high volume of show tracing. Tracing is something that helps artists develop artistically, and acts sort of like training wheels. Objective
Your task, should you accept it is to draw any MLP character you desire as a small cute version. Character does not have to be a pony.
Must be new drawings only and using the "add drawing" button. Cannon characters only.
How do I submit?
You submit by clicking the "add a drawing" button on the comment section of this blog and then draw in Muro, but don't worry. You get a decent sized area this time and it seems that it even has layers now! Didn't even notice that.
Prize on offer?
There will be at the very least 1 3 month premium membership up for grabs or 636 points if the recipient would prefer to have points than

So I can help vote on art submissions. I've worked in the past and I've recently returned to photography (and actually other forms of art) and I can use my
experience in judging art to help with submissions
