I've never done roleplay for MLP (much less for anything else) mostly for the fact some people get way too emotional, but I've also noticed sometime; and I mean SOMETIMES, it makes it actually interesting. It’s been a while since our last journal, hasn’t it? Not for lack of art, though, there just hasn’t been much to say. We haven’t seen much interest in contests recently. I guess we missed the summer window and everyone is busy again, but if you have any suggestions or feedback for any activities we can do, don’t be shy. Send us a note! As for the backend (voting and sorting), though, everything is running more smoothly than ever.

Recent News Surrounding Drawponies and Response

I hope you are all enjoying the new season! Today's episode promises to be truly exciting (not the least for the reason that Rainbow Dash is my favorite pony).
I would like to take this moment to talk about the recent news surrounding theairevolution (https://www.deviantart.com/theairevolution) and allegationsof him having traced some of his art. A year ago or so, there was a debate within some of the groups I run about allowing traced images to be accepted or not. The questions were mostly surrounding vectors, which tend to have a high volume of show tracing. Tracing is something that helps artists develop artistically, and acts sort of like training wheels. Objective
Your task, should you accept it is to draw any MLP character you desire as a small cute version. Character does not have to be a pony.
Must be new drawings only and using the "add drawing" button. Cannon characters only.
How do I submit?
You submit by clicking the "add a drawing" button on the comment section of this blog and then draw in Muro, but don't worry. You get a decent sized area this time and it seems that it even has layers now! Didn't even notice that.
