I paint MLP Cutie Mark Dog Tags, including customs. Here's the gallery of some I've painted.

Canon Cutie Marks start at $10 for single-sided, dual-sided are $15, a color matching silencer is an additional $2, and shipping is $2 US/Canada, and adjusted for customs internationally. Chains are included. I also paint custom cutie marks, if they're not too crazy. XP

I run my business through notes and paypal, though, so I don't have a permanent shop. Business has recently picked up though, so I may just need one. Payment is made after I've completed the work, and I offer repairs on the paint if anything should happen.
